Welcome to the 1st annual Pajama Jam (2023 Winter)

I have always had a protective calling to be a voice for anyone who at that moment could not advocate for themselves based on fear. whether it's a bulll or a circumstance, those who are blessed with strength, size, or courage should stand up against those who abuse or intimidate.

This is why I have decided to do a pjama drive to support the North Star Advocacy Center in Maryville, MO. Last year they provided a combination of prevention, education, and support for over 200 individuals experiencing abuse. Since 2003 services have expanded to include: Crisis Management, Case Management, Court Advocacy,24-Hour Crisis Hotline, Hospital-based advocacy for sexual offenses, Community/ School Education,Residential Shelter, Local Sexual Assault Response Team (SART).

Their Mission: Validating and empowering victims of domestic and sexual violence while working to influence a cultural change.

North Star Advocacy Center serves Atchison, Gentry, Holt, Nodaway, and Worth Counties.
